How to Shop at Funky Kids
It's fun and easy to shop at Funky Kids, and best of all, it's guaranteed safe! Feel free to come in and check out all our great products -- you can shop around all you want with no obligation to buy anything!
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to find what you want, make your way through the ordering process, and complete your purchase:
- To find the products that you are looking for, you may either search for specific descriptive terms or browse products in the categories that are of interest to you.
- If you choose to search, you can search from all of our products, or specify a product group that is of interest to you. In either case, enter the search terms that interest you in the "Search Products" box at the top left of the page and click "Go". You will be presented with a list of products which match the description that you have searched for.
- If you prefer to browse product categories, click on any product category listed along the top of the screen or on the left side of any site page. You will be taken to a new page featuring a list of products in the category that you have chosen. Most categories are further broken down into sub-categories, which are listed along the top of the page as well as along the left side of the screen. You can further refine your browsing by clicking on any sub-category, which will bring you to a list of products in that sub-category.
- Pick a product from the list and click on its name or title to see a page with more information about that product.
- Once you have found a product that you'd like to buy, click the "Add to Cart" link or button to put the product you want into your electronic "shopping cart". If you want to add more products, simply continue to search the site using the "Search Products" box or browse using the links along the left of the screen. Then continue shopping as before.
- You can return to your shopping cart any time by clicking
Cart at the top of any page. Products already in the shopping cart will still be there when you return. When you decide you're ready to buy, click "Proceed to Checkout".
- If you are a returning customer, enter the email address and password you used to register and click "Sign In and Checkout". Your previous billing and shipping information will be readily available for you to verify or edit.
- If you are a new customer, click "New Customer Checkout" to create a new account.
- Enter your credit card information and choose a shipping method. You can also edit the items in your order or any other details at any point in the checkout process. Once you are satisfied, click "Review Your Order".
- If everything is correct on the "Review Your Order" page, click the "Submit Your Order" button at the bottom of the page. You will shortly receive an order confirmation at the email you provided at checkout. Your order will then be processed the same or next business day and your products will be on your front doorstep in a few days!!
If you would like to check the status of your order after it has been placed, come back to Funky Kids any time and select the "Help" menu from the top of the screen. From the help menu, you will be given the option to check the status of any orders you have placed. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us by e-mail.
